The Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Ltd (NNPC), Mr Mele Kyari, along with the Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Folashodun Shonubi, paid a Sallah homage to President Bola Tinubu. Kyari shared the visit on his Twitter page, expressing his joy for the privilege to pay homage to the President.
In his tweet, Kyari highlighted the significance of Sallah, stating that it is a day for the faithful to reaffirm their commitment to sacrifice and give up their most cherished possessions to please Allah. He emphasized that this act of sacrifice is for the common good and to express gratitude for Allah’s blessings and seek His infinite mercy.
The visit of the NNPC CEO and the CBN Acting Governor to President Tinubu during the Sallah celebrations underscores the importance of unity and collaboration among key leaders in the country. It reflects the spirit of the occasion, which is marked by acts of goodwill, camaraderie, and reaffirmation of shared values.
