Davido took to his Twitter handle on Sunday and tweeted, “Find her for me … I donate $10k” in response to the heartwarming news.
Ngozi Mary has been widely celebrated on social media for her integrity and honesty in returning such a substantial amount of money to its rightful owner. Her act of honesty has garnered praise and recognition, including the generous gesture from Davido, who offered to donate $10,000 to her as a token of appreciation for her actions.
Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, on Saturday, showered praises on Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, a staff of Eko Hotel and Suites who returned a misplaced sum of $70,000 to a customer of the hotel in Lagos.
Obi noted that the likes of Mary deserve a national award and not those who have impacted Nigeria negatively.
The former Anambra governor said: “It is heartwarming and reassuring that despite the hardship in the country and the prevailing moral decadence in society, a staff of Eko Hotel and Suites, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, was reported to have returned a misplaced sum of $70,000 to a customer of the hotel in Lagos.
