Tragedy struck in Life Camp, Jabi, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, as a four-storey building under construction collapsed, leaving several individuals trapped inside. The incident occurred at approximately 4:00 pm on Monday while workers were carrying out construction activities at the site.
Upon receiving the distress call, rescue teams, including officers from the FCT Fire Service, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), and the Nigerian police, swiftly arrived at the scene to assist in the rescue operation. Their primary objective is to locate and extract any individuals who may still be trapped inside the collapsed building.
